Customers are advised that from 17 August 2019 we will be updating our Bank Identification Code (BIC)/Swift Code from CAPLBWGA to FRCGBWGA.

• This will apply to any inbound or outbound payment regardless of its purpose.
• All incoming payments where our BIC/Swift Code is required will now need the new BIC/Swift Code after this date.
• We remind all our corporate clients to quote the new BIC/Swift Code on invoices that will be issued to regional and overseas customers.
• The new BIC/Swift Code, as mentioned above, must be correctly quoted in all remittance instructions so as to ensure there are no delays in receipt or transmission of funds.
